Digital Intercultural Studies (DIS) is a forward-looking undergraduate programme designed for a world where global communication is increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, digital media and cross-cultural interaction. The programme brings together language, culture and technology to help students understand how people communicate across cultural boundaries in today’s digital environment.
Through training in Chinese-English bilingual communication, intercultural understanding & analysis, digital content production & AI applications, DIS prepares students to work confidently across languages, cultures, and digital platforms. Graduates will be equipped to become future-ready communicators who can tell compelling stories, use digital tools responsibly, and build meaningful connections between China and the world.
