The President’s Award for Teaching and Service for academic staff was launched in 2014. The Award serves to

(1) recognize and reward the outstanding performance and achievement of individual UIC staff member;
(2) signify the College's commitment to recognizing and promoting excellence in Teaching and Service as well as Research.

The DST Award on E-learning was launched in 2021. The main objectives of the award are:

(1) to promote the integration of e-learning in teaching;

(2) to recognize and reward DST staff members with outstanding performance and contribution in e-learning;

(3) to boost the competitiveness and reputation of DST in e-learning.
